- Active petroleum geologist, certified by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG);
- President, founder and owner of Discovery GeoServices Corporation, a consulting and operations firm established in 1980 - drilled, completed, produced and/or operated over 1,000 wells in the Mid-continent and Rocky Mountains for clients and through wholly owned subsidiaries;
- President of Discovery Global LLC with conventional concessions in Slovakia;
- Initiated the first shale gas play in Europe from 2007 to 2012;
- Consultant for Brigham from 2005 to 2006 to get them started in the Bakken…sold to Statoil for $4.4 Billion;
- President of GeoFocus Corporation 2004 to 2006: 70,000 prime acre play in the Bakken of North Dakota and Montana;
- VP Exploration for Lyco Energy Corporation (purchased by Enerplus Resources in 2004 for over $400 Million) from 1996 to 2004, responsible for initiating the hugely successful horizontally fracced Middle Bakken Play in 1999;
- Accomplished computer programmer in Delphi, C++ and SQL, producing commercial applications since 1991; and
- B.Sc. from Denison University (Granville, Ohio) in Geology with Computer Science emphasis in 1979;

Alexander Fraser - CFO

- Alex concluded his role as CFO at 3Legs Resources, plc. in January 2015, as that company has effectively sold its assets to ConocoPhillips.
- Alex has worked with Mr. Lewis for more than 7 years on projects in Europe.
- From 2003 to 2006 he was a financial consultant to a number of early stage companies.
- From 1994 to 2003 he was an investment banker in emerging markets corporate finance and M&A at Brunswick-UBS in Moscow, Deutsche Bank and then JP Morgan in London, advising government and corporate clients in a range of sectors including oil and gas.
- From 1988 to 1994 he was a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP advising on general corporate law, banking and corporate finance from their London, Paris and Moscow offices.
- Alex graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford and is a qualified barrister.
L. Ron Crow - Engineering Operations

- Worked with Mr. Lewis on projects in Europe and Texas for the past several years;
- COO for San Leon Energy PLC, Executive VP and COO for Aspect Energy International/HHE, Managing Director of CED (Aspect’s drilling company), engineer for LL&E, SOHIO/BP, Amoco, and others;
- Experience includes: Engineering (D&C Hz Well Planning), management, contract negotiations, snubbing operations (salvaging a/o plugging), developing gas storage fields, financial accountability, operations and planning engineering, well control, post well control, relief well planning / killing procedures, stimulations (latest frac technology), wellsite supervision (drilling, testing, completions and fraccing, and produced detail drilling and completion well plans for all types of environments, onshore and offshore, especially sour gas environments with the latest technology;
- Designed, developed specifications, supervised and inspected the tubulars for all types of wells including high pressure wells (15,000 psi) and sour gas wells (11%H2S, 19%CO2, 440oF);
- Worked in: Louisiana, Gulf Coast, Texas, Anadarko and Rocky Mountains of the US, Columbia (Middle Magdalena Valley Basin and Llanos Basin, Hungary, France, Moldova, Poland,
Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Kurdistan (northern Iraq), Russia (Western Siberia) and others; - Graduated 1977 from Auburn University in Chemical Engineering.

- Worked with Mr. Lewis in the US and internationally since 1992;
- Legal contracts in the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, with negotiations and arbitrations; and
